FIELD NOTE · CASH FLOW

Why a high income does not always become lasting wealth.

Income creates possibility. Architecture turns that possibility into capacity.

Income is a flow, not an outcome.

A demanding career may generate substantial income while leaving little time to decide what each rupiah is meant to do. Without a deliberate structure, lifestyle, taxes, major purchases, and disconnected investments can absorb the surplus before it becomes durable capital.

Give the surplus a sequence.

A useful sequence protects liquidity first, then assigns specific pools to near-term obligations, major goals, and long-term compounding. The exact percentages matter less than having an explicit order that can survive a busy month.

Measure capacity, not appearances.

The better question is not only how much you earn, but how many choices your balance sheet can support: time away from work, education, family care, a property decision, or retirement on your own terms.

A useful plan does not begin with a product. It begins with the life each decision is meant to support.
