Scope & Professional Disclosures
AFC helps organise cash flow, goals, protection needs, major decisions, retirement and education funding, banking architecture, and planning priorities into one coherent view.
AFC Private Wealth Planning is a personally led planning practice operated by Anissa Feby Canintika in Jakarta. Current credential and insurance-marketing licence verification can be requested before an engagement or product discussion.
AFC does not replace licensed legal, tax, accounting, medical, mortgage, securities, or investment-management advice. Specialist review may be recommended where appropriate.
Where protection is relevant, Anissa may separately act as a licensed insurance marketer and may receive remuneration from an insurer. Product terms, benefits, exclusions, underwriting, and claims are governed by the issued policy and insurer.
Planning fees are shown separately from any product remuneration. If a product discussion may create remuneration or another material relationship, AFC will disclose that role before the client decides. Product remuneration does not guarantee suitability and does not replace comparison of relevant alternatives.
Referral rewards do not change the referred client’s planning fee or product terms. A referrer must not present themselves as AFC, promise outcomes, or receive the referred client’s financial information. Eligibility, timing, exclusions, and tax treatment are confirmed in writing.
AFC does not promise investment returns, tax outcomes, insurance acceptance, credit approval, or a specific financial result.
Questions, correction requests, or complaints may be sent to info@afcprivatewealth.com. AFC will acknowledge the matter, review the relevant records, and explain the proposed resolution or any appropriate external route.
